Investors: Remodels and Flips

Flip investors almost exclusively want off-market inventory, and I source it the same way: through my network of agents and off-market groups across the Valley. I also help many of my flip clients on the back end, listing and selling the finished renovation. One property came to me off-market from an owner heading into a retirement facility. My flip client renovated it beautifully, and it ultimately sold to a family relocating from the city who realized they could get so much more for their money on this side of the hill. That full journey, from off-market find to finished flip to a family’s new home, is exactly the kind of project I love being part of.
