Moving across state lines means the stakes (and the unknowns) are higher. I recently worked with a family relocating from Colorado who wanted land, good schools, and quality of life. We did several pilot trips together, exploring different neighborhoods before they found the right fit just outside LA County near the Ventura County line, still within reach of everything the Valley offers. I don’t rely on sight-unseen offers for out-of-state buyers unless that’s truly what you want; I’d rather walk the neighborhoods with you until we find the one that feels right.
